Ban mara is an invasive weed that is covering and out competing forests in Nepal. It has no use as fodder, but converting into bio-briquettes has promise of providing clean burning biofuel.

Miller (Kodo in Nepali) is a small grain food. People made flour and have Haluwa (Dhedo). Dhedo is famous in Nepal. As well it is used to make Rakshi (alcohal), which is also famous in Nepal.
